Private Residence – Encinitas, CA

Intent:

create ‘outdoor rooms’ for various uses that also flow together easily;
incorporate a pool and spa within a tight space, while maximizing size and sunlight exposure;
match new home’s architectural style and character of neighborhood with high-end finishes;

Features:

swim-jet pool and attached spa;
gas fire pit and LED accent lighting;
full entertainers’ bar with barbecue grill, sink, refrigerator, and bar seating;
