Jeremiah’s Ranch (Residential Special Needs Community) – Fallbrook, CA (in planning phase)
Intent:
create a conceptual community master plan to serve as visual aid for investor packages;
illustrate possibilities and opportunities for prospective residents;
provide physical record of communities ongoing vision;
Features:
various home types to accommodate each level of need;
central community center that is accessible to residents and the surrounding community;
activity facilities such as an amphitheatre, walking/riding trail, community garden, and athletic fields;
